Very good hotel, as almost all the Novotel hotels. Clean, big room, with working desk and sofa, tea-coffe in the room and water boiler, in the bathroom shampoo and shower gel of Rituals, polite personel, you can leave the luggage for some hours after checkout for free and get them later, you can reach the city center by bus, the bus station is close to the hotel, and the airport El Prat Barcelona is about 8km away. The people in reception call a taxi when you need. But you can go to the hotel by public bus even after midnight and the bus ticket costs only 2.40 euros (the taxi is very expensive these hours). I recommend it.

Breakfast had an excellent variety of choices depending on one's preferences. they also accommodated for those Gluten Free and Dairy Free. The room was very clean. Staff was polite and friendly.

Hotel staff is really friendly and helpful. We were allowed an early check-in with no additional costs.

This hotel was a great value and perfect for our trip. We traveled to Barcelona for a concert and another event in the city. We parked at the hotel and took a taxi to the concert and then the next day drove to the other event in the city because we were leaving directly from there. We paid for a late check out and enjoyed the pool with the kids and I didn a few video meetings from lounge area outside the meeting rooms. The hotel is older but decently maintained, and the people we encounterd were all very nice, front desk, night security (he helped us with our bathroom sink - we couldn't find the leaver to open the drain) breakfast, pool, etc.! All the hotels were so expensive so this one worked out great for us!

Had an amazing stay at Novotel!Staff were very friendly and would like to specially mention Ms.Martina at the front desk!she was very friendly and answered all our questions very patiently with a smile always!Breakfast was very good!would definitely recommend..only con is that it is about 40 minutes from the downtown Placa de catalunya..but there are public transportation and taxis available!

Super breakfast, very nice and with gluten free options. The room was super cosy and very good AC. Nice amount of pillows, blankets, nice functional setup. Mega caring staff, very nice and friendly

Everything was perfect!! The service was really friendly and very helpful, the food was delicious and wine- great😊 and hotel and rooms were very clean.The hotel is very well connected(subway, tram, buses), you can easily get anywhere and the bus stops are very close. We had a very nice time there and we recommend it. Thank you and greetings to all staff 😊

Breakfast has good selection to start your day. Our requests were attended by the staff promptly. I would like to compliment Christian in the bar, he is indeed very nice.

Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff! Very good breakfast (for free for our kids aged 15 and 13). Very good value for money. It took us about 40-45 minutes to get into the city center by public transport (there were multiple possibilities, including bus, tram, local train, usually with transfer to metro).

The staff were really helpful in answering all our questions about travel into the centre of Barcelona and to the airport. The kids passport added a bit of fun.
